The registration fee is $110.00 and the deadline to register is May 24, 2019. The Committee will not accept registrations without payment. No refunds will be given after the registration deadline. If you already have an OCSEA member ID badge please bring it with you, new members will receive a new badge at the conference.

Room Reservation Information
Room reservations are to be made through Hilton Garden Inn at 1-800-445-8667 and you must mention the OCSEA group code OCSE. The cutoff date for room reservations is May 10, 2019 and room reservations will not be guaranteed after the cutoff date. The prices of the sleeping rooms are $129.00 for King; $139 for Double Queen and King Jr. Suite is $154 plus tax per night. If your chapter is paying by check, you must mail your check to the hotel two weeks prior to the conference as the hotel will not accept checks the day of arrival.
You must purchase additional meal tickets for guests; however they must be purchased in advance. You must purchase meal tickets for children as well, please see registration form for pricing. No meal tickets will be sold at the conference, no exceptions.
