AFSCME Ohio no cost college model goes national Posted Jul. 20, 2016 by OCSEA On Monday July 18, AFSCME International announced that the education benefit modeled after a partnership between AFSCME Ohio affiliates OAPSE, OCSEA and Council 8 and Eastern Gateway Community College will be offered to all AFSCME members and their families nationwide. The program allows AFSCME members and their families to earn an online associate degree from the Ohio-based college at no cost.
