The OCSEA Biennial Convention is just a month a way, and that means that accommodations for delegates are filling up very quickly. As we anticipated, the main Convention hotel, the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, is already SOLD OUT. But, no worries. A back up hotel is available for delegates and other attendees.

Members must ask for the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association block to reserve their rooms. The current rate for this block is $159.00. The reservation cutoff date for this hotel is Aug. 2, 2017.
Registration/New Delegates Workshop
For planning purposes, below are the tentative times for registration and new delegate workshops, which all first year delegates should plan to attend.
Registration
Wednesday, Aug. 23: Registration is 5 p.m.-9 p.m.
Thursday, Aug. 24: Registration opens at 8 a.m.; General Session starts at 10 a.m.
Friday, Aug.: Registration opens at 8 a.m.; General Session starts at 9:30 a.m.
Saturday, Aug. 26: Registration opens at 8:30 a.m.; General Session starts at 9:30 a.m.
New Delegates training
Session 1: Wednesday, Aug 23 at 8 p.m.
Session 2: Thursday, Aug. 24 at 8 a.m.
