OCSEA's Free College programs through Eastern Gateway Community College offers an array of focus areas in business management. The technical business training provided at Eastern Gateway lends itself to employment in a wide variety of business
positions, including two associate degree programs with a hospitality concentration. The Business Management degree, no matter the desired focus area, is FREE for all active, dues-paying OCSEA members, their spouses, children and grandchildren.
Hospitality: Hotel and Event Management
This focus area will give a broad introduction to the various roles involved in hotel and event management, including event planning, cruises and even some professional athletics.
Hospitality: Food and Beverage Management
The focus prepares for positions including management trainee, kitchen
manager, catering manager, or assistant pastry, banquet, or sous-chef
with restaurants, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
