Public employees are one of the constants that Ohioans can depend on. Civil servants like you are experts in your fields and provide essential services and resources that Ohio citizens and communities can always rely on, regardless of who's in charge. Your work truly impacts people's everyday lives, and you matter, even on the toughest days. And we hope that service brings you real pride––pride in your community, pride in government services, and pride in yourself and your co-workers.
Rest assured, your union will remain a constant too! Your OCSEA leaders––and the 27,000 members who make up this union––will be here alongside you, tirelessly advocating for the respect and dignity that public workers rightfully deserve.
