The 2025 OCSEA Veterans Committee Conference will take place Nov. 14-15, 2025. The annual union conference held around Veterans Day honors veterans and celebrates union member veterans, past and present.

The 2025 OCSEA Veterans Conference will be held November 14-15 at Mohican State Park Lodge, 4700 Goon Rd, Perrysville, Ohio 44864. Registration

Registration for the OCSEA Veterans Conference is CLOSED. The deadline was Oct. 30, 2025

 Registration includes the Friday night reception and the full-day conference on Saturday. The reception will include appetizers and drinks. The conference on Saturday includes lunch. Friday evening early conference check in will be open from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Mohican Lodge. Conference check in will continue Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. 

Overnight Accommodations

Overnight lodging for the conference are at the Mohican State Park Lodge, 4700 Goon Rd, Perrysville, Ohio 44864. Attendees must contact the lodge directly to make accommodations by calling (419) 938-5411. Mention the OCSEA Veterans Conference. The hotel booking cutoff date is October 15, 2025.

The room rates are as follows:
Queens (non-view) = $144
Queens w/ view and Kings = $159

Release Time

Release time MUST have been included on your registration form. Be aware this is a discretionary release under Article 3.10 of the OCSEA Contract. Shifts/days you work MUST have been included on the registration form.

 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Conference Reception

Saturday, November 15, 2025:

 8:30 a.m - 11:00 a.m. Conference Check in
 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Morning Session 
 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Lunch Break 
 12:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.  Afternoon Session/Raffles       
 2:30 p.m  Adjourn
