The 2026 OCSEA Veterans Conference will be held November 13-14 at Salt Fork Lodge and Conference Center, 11073 Natural Resources 3 Road, Kimbolton, OH 43749. When using GPS, please enter “Salt Fork Lodge and Conference Center” for most accurate directions.

Registration

Registration deadline for the OCSEA Veterans Conference is Nov. 6, 2026.

There is no registration fee to attend the conference.  Registration will include the Friday night reception with appetizers and drinks. If you plan to bring a guest, please include that on the registration form. The Saturday conference lunch.

Friday evening early conference check in will be open from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Salt Fork Lodge. Conference check in will continue Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. 

Overnight Accommodations

Overnight lodging for the conference are at the Salt Fork Lodge and Conference Center, 11073 Natural Resources 3 Road, Kimbolton, OH 43749. Attendees must contact the lodge directly to make accommodations by calling 740-435-9000. Mention the OCSEA Veterans Conference and the code OVPC289.

Release Time

Release time MUST have been included on your registration form. Be aware this is a discretionary release under Article 3.10 of the OCSEA Contract. Shifts/days you work MUST have been included on the registration form.  

OCSEA Veterans Awards

During the OCSEA Veterans Conference, the committee hands out two honorary awards. The Committee will honor 1) The OCSEA Member Veteran of the Year and 2) The OCSEA Member Veteran Supporter of the Year for their community service and dedication to veteran issues. The nomination deadline is October 26, 2026. Nomination forms are below:
