How much are our veterans worth? Everything, in our opinion! That's why this Memorial Day it's important to remember those who have sacrificed all and to honor those who are still with us and receive love, care and support by OCSEA members in Ohio's two Veterans Homes in Georgetown and Sandusky.
A $1 trillion federal aid package passed by the U.S. Senate for our state, cities and towns in this time of crisis would mean A LOT for OCSEA members at the Ohio Veterans Homes and would go a long way for those heroes they serve. OVH workers already face high turnover and mandated overtime as they try to keep our veterans safe and healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic.
