The Business Management associate degree was already great, but the addition of seven more focus areas under the degree for 2019 makes the union's free college benefit that much more amazing.

OCSEA's FREE COLLEGE program is open to ALL active, dues-paying members as well as their dependents and grandchildren. The program costs ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. In fact, the program has offered OCSEA members $1.3 million in scholarships since its creation three years ago.
