OCSEA and Central State University, our partner in union education, are proud to announce a much-awaited new bachelor's degree program to its free college offering for OCSEA members and family members.
Starting June 22, CSU will add a third area of study to its union-education program: a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice! Download and share the flier!
This degree program is structured around a core of criminal justice courses that include topics in law enforcement, the judicial process and correctional system. This degree, in addition to the two other available bachelor's areas of study, Business Management, Teacher Education, is FREE for all UET-eligible OCSEA members any time after June 22.
And, for a limited time, all three bachelor's degree programs are ABSOLUTELY FREE for non-UET eligible members and OCSEA family members IF they enroll for the May 18 or June 22 Summer sessions (remember, criminal justice program is not available until June 22 session).
In response to the current economic and health uncertainty facing working people, OCSEA and Central State came together to offer this normally low-cost benefit completely for free to family member and non-UET eligible members! All students who begin or continue their academic program with the Summer term are eligible for OCSEA's last-dollar scholarship, which allows them to complete their degree (through graduation) with no out-of-pocket cost for tuition, fees, or e-books.
So, don't delay - enroll in the summer term today. Learn more at OCSEAEducation.org.
