We hope you notice a more member-oriented focus with our stories. You’ll see in these pages some faces you’ve never seen before, and that’s the point. We’ll continue with this style of content through all of our digital platforms including OCSEA.org, and Facebook.
You might also notice a change in magazine page size. Instead of the usual 24-page magazine, we’ve cut the number of pages to 16. The thinking is that many of our members receive most of their information from social media and the digital world, like email and websites. This is just one cost-saving measure as we move toward more digital content for our union members and activists.
