“Where the infrastructure is, is where the jobs are,” said Errol Scholtz, an OCSEA
member who works as an Ohio Department of Transportation Engineer 2 in northern Ohio. Scholtz says the biggest obstacle he faces is crumbling infrastructure.
“Drastic action is required, not another Band-aid. Somebody needs to step up and do something, think outside the box," said Scholtz.
