At 26 years old, with a newborn, a 3-year-old and a full-time job, Ivy
Caselli decided to go back to college. She took advantage of OCSEA's Free College Benefit and enrolled in Eastern Gateway Community College. And now, Ivy and her co-worker Leslie Butler are members of an elite group of recent graduates from the free college program and working to grow their education even more—thanks to their union.
