Kronos to roll out to nine more state agencies

Posted Jan. 4, 2018 by

OCSEA recently received notification that the Dept. of Administrative Services will begin meeting with nine state agencies to begin migration to KRONOS Workforce Central in 2018. The migration of these nine agencies is in addition to the twelve agencies that are already using KRONOS.Those agencies include: DAS, MHAS, DR&C, DYS, GOV, MCD, MED, PRX, OBM, OCC, and DODD.

DAS will begin meeting with agency human resources staff to confirm any custom configuration needs. Depending on whether or not additional programming is needed will determine the timing Kronos is deployed in each agency. The affected agencies that will roll out Kronos in 2018 will be Agriculture, Aging, Health, Developmental Services Agency, Commerce, Adjutant General, Supreme Court and the School for the Deaf and School for the Blind. According to an email from DAS, “movement to KRONOS will impact the time reporting and requests for leave processes. Staff will receive communication and training prior to implementation.” Contact your agency HR with any questions.
