Learn new skills, improve performance with e-learning

Learning on Demand (LOD) is the State of Ohio’s e-learning portal. LOD is currently available (temporarily) to ALL employees, so now is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the e-learning. Learn how to get started HERE.

LOD is a just-in-time e-learning resource and support tool to enhance professional development and technical skills. Learn new skills to improve work performance. LOD offers a wide variety of online learning resources. These include: more than 3,500 courses, 31,000 books, 35,000 videos, simulations, test preps, SkillBriefs, express guides, and various job aids. Online real-time assistance (e.g., project management, Six Sigma, and mentoring) is available for certification-oriented courses.
