National Missing Children’s Day Event

May 20 is National Missing Children’s Day and OCSEA members and retirees who have been involved in the Youth Human Trafficking Coalition efforts are urging you to come out and support their coalition at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Reynoldsburg, Ohio that day from 10 am.-2 p.m.

The program will begin indoors with a presentation from the Coalition, speakers from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Reynoldsburg Combined Elementary Choir. The group is working to confirm guest speaker Gina De Jesus, one of three children rescued after ten years of captivity in Cleveland, Ohio. 

The outdoor program will consist of vendor information tables, a mobile game room, Military vehicle display, face painting, rock climbing wall (weather permitting), child finger printing, face painting, K-9 dogs, local municipal SWAT and fire vehicles.  There will also be a celebrity dunk tank, business mascots and a 200 balloon send off affixed with the name of a child still missing.
