The 32nd Biennial OCSEA Convention will take place in less than two weeks. The business of the convention takes special committees to make sure that the event goes smoothly and delegates have the information required to make informed decisions and votes on the convention floor. Delegates assigned to committees lead the business of their committee and give recommendations to the full body of delegates regarding Constitutional amendments and resolutions, recommend the rules that govern the event, keep order and help determine delegate status and participant count. The committees are Credentials, Rules, Sergeant-at-Arms, Constitution, Finance, Resolutions, and Legislative.
