Pathways to Excellence, a celebration of State of Ohio process improvement and innovation, will be held on November 8, 2017 at OCSEA Headquarters. This will be a full day training taught by members of the Ohio Quality Network, made up of labor and management representatives that strive for quality through public service.
The objectives of the training will be to review the PDCA method of improvement, "Plan, Do, Check, Act.” Attendees will learn more about the method, how to identify and select a work problem for a project, and practically apply it through hands-on activities. Register now!
