The Ohio Veterans' Home informational picket scheduled for Monday Aug. 28 is canceled.
After back and forth with management at OVH in Sandusky, the union has been successful getting the state to the table for open discussion on their issues. Issues of staffing and veterans care was of great concern to the chapter leadership. As a result, the Monday picket (and Sunday sign making) has been canceled.
