The Union's New Employee Orientation (NEO) dates for 2023 have just been announced. The NEOs take place every other Thursday at noon on Zoom®. Please note, the December 22, 2022 NEO has been cancelled.
This virtual session is for new employees, but it is also open to anyone who has never had a union orientation or who wants to learn more about the union. Learn all about OCSEA and how you can become a part of something bigger as a public employee union member!
The first NEO of the New Year will take place on January 5 at noon. To get the online event link, you must RSVP in advance. The session lasts just under an hour AND can be completed on work time (if you have not already attended a Union NEO, at your workplace or virtually). Can't make the first date? That's ok! The online NEOs are held every other Thursday at noon. When you click the RSVP link, you can access all the upcoming orientation dates in the "Time" pull down menu.
