OCSEA District 2 invites all OCSEA members and their families to celebrate the contributions of labor and their unions at the AFL-CIO Labor Day Picnic on Monday, Sept. 3. The event at Coney Island in Cincinnati is held annually every Labor Day and is one of the largest Labor Day gatherings in the country. Download the AFL-CIO event flier HERE.
District leaders will host their member picnic at the Lost River #2 Shelter from noon - 4 p.m. Lunch will begin at 12:30 p.m.
and will continue until they run out of food. Pop drink tickets will also
be available. For information about the event, contact District President Jerry Brown.
ATTENTION Hamilton-Clermont Chapter 3100 members! The first 50 active members in attendance at the chapter's Aug. 20 meeting will receive the following FREE: 2-adult tickets, 2-child tickets, 1-parking pass and 12-drink tickets. All Chapter 3100 members and their families are invited to attend the Labor Day event, but only the first 50 at the chapter meeting will receive free entrance.
