OCSEA Lucas Chapter 4800 members, families, friends and union supporters in the Toledo area are being called upon to march proudly in their AFSCME green during the local Labor Day Parade on Monday, Sept. 4. Staging will begin at 8 a.m. at the corner of N. Saint Clair and Jefferson.
A Lucas Chapter 4800 picnic will be held immediately following the parade at the Lucas County Fairgrounds. This will be FREE for all who in march in the parade. Attendees who DON'T march in the parade must buy their picnic tickets in advanced. Contact Chapter President Tom Buckley at 419-902-1644.

This is part of the Northwest Ohio Laborfest celebration of labor unions, workers and their benefit to the community. The event will include music, kids activities, a classic car show, food and beer, a union vs. union tug-o-war and more.
