Chapters give communities love this holiday season

Posted Jan. 7, 2020 by

<!--OCSEA union members around the state continue to show their generosity by taking the time this busy holiday season to give back to their communities in a big way. We're sending SHOUT OUTS to Allen Chapter 0200 and Chapter 7000, whose chapter members recently held charitable events to give their communities a little love.

Allen Chapter 0200, a northwestern Ohio conglomerate chapter, recently held a Toys for Tots Drive at their annual Christmas gathering. The drive was headed up by chapter president Traci Carter (ODJFS) and activists Gary Kramer (ODOT), Christine Shultz (ODOT), Alexis Clayton (ODOT) and Debb Herr (ODOT) (photo above).

Leaders of Chapter 7000 recently attended a Christmas luncheon at the Butler/Clear Fork Adult Center in Butler, Ohio. Chapter leaders President, Jackie Stuckert (pictured far right), Secretary Theresa Click and Treasurer Alan Koser (pictured far left) donated $1,500 to the Center, which was collected by members at their annual holiday event in November. The chapter donates every year to a Richland or Crawford county charitable organization. The Adult Center provides through the week and delivers approximately 80 meals a day to elderly in Butler and Belleville.

Way to go all for giving back and showing how union members care about the local communities in which they live and work. Learn more about Labor Gives Back HERE.-->
