OCSEA District Council 2 is once again hosting a member event at the Ohio AFL-CIO Labor Day Picnic at Coney Island in Cincinnati.
The event is Monday, September 4, 2017 from noon until 4 p.m. The address is 6201 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230.
The District will be at The Lost River Shelters. Lunch will be provided and served at 12:30 p.m. and will continue until it’s all gone. Pop tickets will also be available for members.
The Ohio AFL-CIO will host guest speaker Richard Cordray, the current Director of the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Cordray could decide before the end of next weekend whether to resign from that Bureau and run for Ohio governor.
