Knox Licking chapter gives to faith community resource center

Posted Nov. 27, 2017 by

For Knox-Licking Chapter 4500, giving back to the community is just a part of the chapter's foundation. The chapter is made up of members from several state agencies, and giving back is a good opportunity for members to come together in solidarity. Chapter leaders recently showed their goodwill with a donation to the Mount Vernon Interchurch Social Services. The faith-based organization offers community resources including clothing, a food pantry, the Turn the Tide program (holiday food basket distribution, Tree of Sharing, and Adopt-a-Family) and more.

Tell us how you're giving back. Nominate a member or chapter for the Labor Gives Back Award.
