OCSEA activists and their friends in labor were out in full force this Labor Day weekend standing proudly for union rights and all American workers.
From parades to picnics, OCSEA members proudly represented OCSEA and AFSCME across this state to educate their communities about the necessity of unions for building a viable middle class. Labor Day celebrates creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers.
“Without unions, American prosperity and everything else that Labor Day stands for, wouldn’t be possible,” said OCSEA President Christopher Mabe.
