Among the statewide OCSEA-endorsed candidates who won on Election Night were Brigid Kelly, Ohio House District 31; Adam Miller, Ohio House District 17; Heather Bischoff, Ohio House District 20; and Cathy Ingram, House District 32. Congratulations to them!
Union leaders in Southeastern Ohio were disappointed to learn that friend of labor, Lou Gentile, did not retain his Ohio Senate seat in the 30th district. The union lost a seat in the Ohio House and the Ohio Senate this year.
In more hopeful news, AFL-CIO endorsed candidate for Supreme Court, John O’Donnell, remains in a tight race against Pat Fischer. That race has not yet been called and has gone to a recount.
