OCSEA Basic Steward training sessions are held throughout the year in various locations around Ohio. The next OCSEA Basic Steward Training will be held March 26 in Youngstown. Every Basic Steward Training is open to ALL OCSEA members who want to learn more about their union contract.

OCSEA leaders and staff will be on hand to talk about the contract and steward fundamentals like the grievance process, working-out-class, pick-a post and other various contract language. Attendees will also learn about the OCSEA Constitution and election processes.
