OCSEA magazine celebrates diverse careers, union power

In the spring edition of the union magazine, the Public Employee Quarterly, OCSEA spotlights the diverse careers of our members in Bargaining Units 13 and 14. Members Joachim Bean (ODOT), Jarred Small (Ohio Arts Council) and Stacey Callahan (Education) talk about the unique work they do as public employees and how they work to make Ohio thrive.

And it’s no surprise that more and more public professional and technical workers like these are seeing the benefits of the collective bargaining process not only to win better wages and benefits, but to improve the quality of their specialized services.
