OCSEA’s Steward Conference will be celebrating the service of our union stewards and provide learning and networking activities to help sharpen their skills. The conference will focus on how contract negotiations later this year has a direct impact on stewards and their power to protect their members.
This year’s Steward Conference will be held in Dublin, OH at the Crowne Plaza Columbus. They will also be hosting an early morning session for new leaders that will begin promptly at 9:30am. Large-group sessions will be held in the place of workshops that include bargaining and new leader training.
This conference will count towards renewing steward certification.
