OCSEA Member Resource Center

Your OCSEA Member resource center launches today!

Your union is excited to officially launch the OCSEA Member Resource Center! The OCSEA Member Resource Center, or “MRC,” will serve to connect OCSEA members directly with union resources. By contacting the OCSEA MRC, either through 1-888-OCSEA11 or over email at MRC@ocsea.org, you will get direct access to an OCSEA staff person to answer questions, direct you toward union resources, including trainings and events, connect you with benefits experts, and give guidance on how to become fully active in the union. And that’s just our starting point.

We couldn’t be prouder of the MRC staff who have worked hard to develop this resource for members and who bring decades of union experience and dedication to the MRC. Our MRC staff will be on the front lines to build union power and are highly skilled in getting quick answers to questions and directly connecting rank-and-file members with their local union leaders and staff. For many members, particularly those new to the union, the MRC could potentially be their first point-of-contact with the union.

Please note, this call center will not serve to replace the resources of leaders or field staff. We encourage leaders to continue contacting staff representatives and other staff as they always have done.

OCSEA members can reach our union experts-on-call starting at 7 a.m. Monday-Friday by calling 1-888-OCSEA11. Members can also email the MRC at MRC@ocsea.org and be contacted within 24 hours. All of this information and more is also available online at OCSEA.org/MRC.

Please note, OCSEA will be closed on July 3 in observance of Independence Day. The Member Resource Center will also be closed. Additionally, there will be no Friday union email update that day.
