OCSEA President Chris Mabe has signed a Letter of Agreement (LOA) that state employees covered under the OCSEA collective bargaining agreement shall not be required to remit any compensation or reimbursement received as part of their jury duty services. This LOA will go into effect on September 30, 2025.
This LOA makes important updates to Section 30.01 of the 2024-2027 OCSEA contract removing the requirement of remittance of any juror fees. See the Letter of Agreement HERE.
