Electronic Grievance Filing

The electronic grievance filing system called OH Grievance was established on Dec. 15, 2014.This is for State of Ohio Bargaining Unit Employees ONLY. Attorney General, Treasurer of State, Secretary of State and local government employees will continue to file paper grievances.

Published by the union's Office of General Council, the OCSEA Steward Guide to State of Ohio Contract Administration Processes covers grievance procedures, working-out-of-classification, classification review, occupational injury leave, salary continuation and the electronic grievance system. This publication is updated after each contract.
