The State of Ohio is holding virtual focus groups on November 1 and November 4 to gather opinions and ideas on how to shape
the future of benefits communications. Union member input is critical, and the Joint Health Care Committee (JHCC) encourages OCSEA members to sign up to give their input. This input will also help guide labor/management communications.
Spots for these sessions are limited. For those employees interested in participating, the first step is to complete the focus group registration. Selected employees will receive a formal invitation in October. If selected, these sessions will be held during traditional work hours and employees will be paid for their time. Agency human resources representatives and managers/supervisors will be notified to reduce any barriers to having you attend this important conversation.
What to Know:
- The sessions will will be about 30–45 minutes.
- They will be conducted entirely online (i.e., no conference line); Participation can be done via any device that is connected to the internet (i.e., personal or work desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone).
- An independent company, Willis Towers Watson, will moderate the session.
- Everything you say will be kept anonymous, so openness and honesty is encouraged.
